## whoami

**Twenty-plus years of shipping, un-shipping, and re-shipping.**

I like complex problems and simple solutions, in that order. Most of my work is web
applications: designing them, building them, and keeping them fast enough that nobody
notices they exist. I've spent as much time on timelines and teams as on code, and I've
made peace with that.

Puzzles, chess, sudoku. Astronomy and anything that leaves the atmosphere. Hiking and

coffee, freshly brewed, first thing.
